Our model is designed to enrich communities during the era of global urbanization.
Today, more than 4 billion people live in urban areas globally. It's projected that close to 7 billion people will live in urban areas in 2050. Moving to live in the city changes the life dynamics of many ordinary people. We provide a solution in four simple steps:

Our model
Team sports are well known for cultivating leaders, as they teach necessary skills of ambition, motivation, empathy, and vision. Those who can lead a team of peers are often capable of doing the same in other settings, which can be beneficial for the communities in which they live. Sports Catalyst, Inc. has been purposed with providing training to individuals throughout the world on how to lead sports programs and clinics for the benefit of their communities.

Sports Catalyst, Inc. will provide leadership sports training to teach individuals how to conduct sports clinics and lead programs. The organization will provide general training to individuals on how to do sports programs for all ages, as well as a program specifically for teaching children and youth age 18 and under. These programs will be taught by volunteers and will be available to individuals of any age. The organization may also collaborate with exempt qualifying organizations within the countries being served to conduct leadership development programs, as interest is expressed. As the plans of the organization develop, it may also provide written resources, digital resources, and print resources for use by participants and the public. These resources will be translated to match the language of the country where they are being offered.
